Use clinic ratings to ask better questions
Your hip may catch when you rise from the breakfast chair. A clinic rating won't explain that catch. It may tell you how people felt about calls, visits, or bills. Those details can help, but they don't settle a medical question. I'd read the comments for office matters and save the joint questions for the exam.
What to take from a clinic rating
Look for recent comments about things a visitor can truly see. Was the office clear about scheduling? Did the staff explain delays or costs? Could someone with trouble walking get around the office? Repeated comments may give you questions to ask, but they don't prove every visit goes that way. Staff, schedules, and billing can change.
Don't turn praise into a promise. A person who felt better can't tell you whether the same option fits your soreness. Someone who felt worse may not know every reason. Public comments leave out people who never posted, and you won't see their experiences.
Use the rating for office questions, not a diagnosis.
What to ask in the exam room
Ask where the soreness may be starting and what the exam found. You'll want to know which movements are safe, which home steps are worth trying, and what would call for other care. Bring up sleep, walking, dressing, and the work you need the joint to do. Those everyday limits matter.
